WeJoy Studio ("WeJoy Studio", "we", "our", or "us") operates ArtDuo: Learn How to Draw ("ArtDuo" or the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use ArtDuo.
By using ArtDuo, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Identifiers
ArtDuo may collect device identifiers, user or player identifiers, and identifiers generated by third-party services used by the App. These identifiers may be used to provide app functionality, maintain player profiles, support leaderboard functionality, prevent abuse, and support analytics and advertising services.
1.2 User-Generated Content
ArtDuo allows users to create drawings and artwork. If you choose to submit or publish artwork through features such as the Gallery, we may collect and store that artwork so it can be displayed within the App. Depending on the feature, artwork may be associated with your ArtDuo/PlayFab player identifier.
1.3 Usage and Product Interaction Data
We may collect information about how you interact with ArtDuo, including lessons or features opened, screens and buttons interacted with, app sessions, feature usage, general engagement information, and advertising-related interactions.
1.4 Diagnostics
We may collect crash information, error information, technical diagnostics, and basic app performance information to identify bugs and improve ArtDuo.
1.5 Photos
ArtDuo may request permission to save completed artwork to your device's Photos library. When you use the export/save feature, ArtDuo saves the drawing you created to your Photos library. ArtDuo does not need to collect your existing personal photos or videos merely to save completed drawings to Photos.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide and operate ArtDuo.
- Authenticate or recognize users.
- Maintain player profiles and leaderboards.
- Store and display user-generated artwork.
- Provide drawing lessons and creative features.
- Analyze app usage and improve the user experience.
- Detect and prevent abuse or fraudulent activity.
- Diagnose crashes and technical problems.
- Display and measure advertising.
- Maintain security and comply with applicable laws.
3. Third-Party Services
Google AdMob
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may process device identifiers, advertising information, and usage or interaction data according to Google's policies.
Firebase
We use Firebase services for analytics and crash reporting. Firebase may process app usage, interactions, and diagnostic information to help us understand app performance and improve ArtDuo.
PlayFab
We use PlayFab for backend functionality, which may include player identification, player data, leaderboards, and user-generated content functionality.
Third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable terms.
4. Advertising
ArtDuo may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners. Advertising partners may use device identifiers and other information to provide, measure, and improve advertising. Where required by applicable law or Apple's policies, ArtDuo will request the appropriate permissions before using information for tracking purposes.
5. User-Generated Content and Gallery
ArtDuo may provide features that allow users to share artwork with other users. You are responsible for the content you choose to submit.
Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, contains illegal material, contains sexually explicit material, promotes violence or illegal activities, harasses or threatens others, contains another person's personal information, or violates applicable laws.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies or applicable law.
6. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide ArtDuo and its features, maintain player data, provide Gallery and leaderboard functionality, maintain security, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer required, we may delete or anonymize it.
7. Data Deletion
You may request deletion of personal information associated with your use of ArtDuo by contacting us at colorit188@gmail.com. Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or player data.
Some information may need to be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate purposes.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Children's Privacy
ArtDuo is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of applicable privacy laws.

10. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on your device, location, and applicable law, you may have choices regarding advertising and tracking permissions, analytics and diagnostic information, Photos access, and data deletion. You can manage certain permissions through your device settings.
11. International Data Processing
WeJoy Studio and our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards will be used for international transfers.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the Last Updated date when changes are made. Your continued use of ArtDuo after an updated policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
